Thank you for following closely to International Institute of Online Education (IIOE). We are very happy to inform you that the ‘IIOE Advanced Training Series: Big Data in Higher Education’ (or Big Data Training) is open for enrollment now. The Big Data Training series is a follow up of the previous ‘IIOE Covid-19 Response Training Series’ that UNESCO-ICHEI had organized for HE teachers and it also features part of a series of IIOE certified training programmes. The Big Data Training aims to provide HE teachers a basic knowledge of Big Data and its application in various fields, especially to help HE teachers to use Big Data to empower HE teaching, management and administration. I am very happy to inform you that the 'IIOE COVID-19 Response Training Series' had successfully concluded. There are altogether 10 trainings under this training series, 7 of which are conducted in English and 3 are in French. UNESCO-ICHEI and IIOE very much appreciate your hard work, and especially the leading role UoN had played in leveraging IIOE training to benefit more local teachers in Kenya.
Following the 'IIOE COVID-19 Response Training Series', IIOE is preparing for the 'IIOE Advanced Training Series', and the theme of the upcoming training is Big Data. In order to better understand the actual situation and demand of IIOE partner universities, IIOE training group had launched the online survey on IIOE Big Data Training. At this webinar, we promoted our collective IIOE initiative and especially introduced the existing cooperation betweeen your prestigious university and ICHEI. Our cooperation is highly spoken of during the meeting and we are sure we can bring more benefits to teachers at your university and in Kenya as a whole when the cooperation is brought forward through our joint efforts.

In order to encourage and motivate more partners to engage more deeply in IIOE's development and build a platform for IIOE partners to share experience and best practices in IIOE implementation or online education in general during the past months, UNESCO-ICHEI & IIOE Secretariat sincerely invites you to participate in the IIOE Global Partnership Webinar to be held at 16:00-17:45 on June 8th, 2020 Beijing Time (GMT+8).
Representatives of IIOE partner universities in Asia Pacific and Africa, partner universities and enterprises in China, and UNESCO community will be present. Enclosed please find a draft programme (subject to change) of the webinar.
In order to make this webinar highly efficient, the organizers are going to select a limited number of speakers to share and introduce their university's experience in IIOE and other online education efforts at the session of Case Sharing: the Implementation of IIOE at Partner Higher Education Institutions in Asia Pacific and Africa. If your university wishes to present, please kindly confirm with us by sending a title of your speech and a one-page PowerPoint that summarizes the overall idea. Due to the time limit of online webinars, it is advised to keep the speech within 5 minutes.

I am very happy to inform you that the 'IIOE COVID-19 Response Training Series' had successfully concluded. There are altogether 10 trainings under this training series, 7 of which are conducted in English and 3 are in French. All these training materials could be found at the IIOE Library (https://iioe.ichei.org/web/library).
UNESCO-ICHEI and IIOE very much appreciate your hard work, and especially the leading role UoN had played in leveraging IIOE training to benefit more local teachers in Kenya.
Following the 'IIOE COVID-19 Response Training Series', IIOE is preparing for the 'IIOE Advanced Training Series', and the theme of the upcoming training is Big Data. In order to better understand the actual situation and demand of IIOE partner universities, IIOE training group had launched the online survey on IIOE Big Data Training. Please check this link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/IIOEBIGDATA) and organize UoN colleagues who would like to attend the advanced training to conduct this online survey. Sub-sectors of the Kenyan Ministry of Education, including PS-Early Learning & Basic Edcuation, PS-TVET, PS-University Education, PS- Post training & Skills are all present. At this webinar, we promoted our collective IIOE initiative and especially introduced the existing cooperation betweeen your prestigious university and ICHEI. Our cooperation is highly spoken of during the meeting and we are sure we can bring more benefits to teachers at your university and in Kenya as a whole when the cooperation is brought forward through our joint efforts.

Thank you for closely following the development of IIOE since its launch on April 2nd this year. In the past two months, IIOE has made great progress in facilitating online education, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to encourage and motivate more partners to engage more deeply in IIOE's development and build a platform for IIOE partners to share experience and best practices in IIOE implementation or online education in general during the past months, UNESCO-ICHEI & IIOE Secretariat sincerely invites you to participate in the IIOE Global Partnership Webinar to be held at 16:00-17:45 on June 8th, 2020 Beijing Time (GMT+8).
Representatives of IIOE partner universities in Asia Pacific and Africa, partner universities and enterprises in China, and UNESCO community will be present. Enclosed please find a draft programme (subject to change) of the webinar.
In order to make this webinar highly efficient, the organizers are going to select a limited number of speakers to share and introduce their university's experience in IIOE and other online education efforts at the session of Case Sharing: the Implementation of IIOE at Partner Higher Education Institutions in Asia Pacific and Africa. If your university wishes to present, please kindly confirm with us by sending a title of your speech and a one-page PowerPoint that summarizes the overall idea. Due to the time limit of online webinars, it is advised to keep the speech within 5 minutes.
