Ms Clare Mwango Onsarigo's thesis examination titled: "Utilization of Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, Institutional Capacity, Culture and Performance of Micro Finance Institutions Funding Entrepreneurial Projects in Kisumu County, Kenya" scheduled at 9:00am rigorously faced the pannel chaired by Prof. Dorothy N.
