Anampiu is a post-graduate student from the University of Nairobi. She studied Master of Arts in Project Planning and Management.
She works with the Ministry of Education Kenya, state department of Vocational and Technical Training as a Principal in a TVET Institution.
Anampiu is passionate about empowering young persons to acquire knowledge and skills in the sector which is a crucial vehicle for social equity, inclusion and sustainable development in line with vision 2030 and Big 4 Agenda.

Monitoring and evaluation is a critical process in the project cycle. For projects to be implemented on time, within budget and in the planned scope and quality, every step must be keenly monitored in order to identify any defects or diversions from the objectives and take the necessary corrective measures. This explains why M&E is moving from the periphery and occupying the centre stage in the management of institutions like TVET as a tool to measure performance and enhance accountability. The purpose of this study is to determine factors influencing the Performance of monitoring and evaluation systems in TVET institutions in Meru County Kenya. The study sought to achieve the following objectives; to evaluate the extent to which stakeholder participation, budgetary allocation, staff training in M&E and strength of the M&E team influences influence performance of monitoring and evaluation systems in TVET institutions in Meru County Kenya.
